Sumatra PDF
Sumatra PDF is a free PDF, eBook (ePub, Mobi), XPS, DjVu, CHM, Comic Book (CBZ and CBR) reader for Windows. Sumatra PDF is powerful, small, portable and starts up very fast. Simplicity of the user interface has a high priority.
Okular and Sumatra PDF are two popular document viewers, but they have some key differences in terms of features, platform support, and user interface. Please note that there might have been updates or changes beyond my knowledge cutoff date.

Okular:
1. Platform Support: Okular is primarily designed for Linux-based systems and is the default document viewer for the KDE desktop environment. However, it can also be installed on other platforms like Windows.
2. File Format Support: Okular supports a wide range of document formats, including PDF, PS, EPUB, XPS, DjVu, CHM, and more.
3. Annotation and Editing: Okular allows users to annotate PDFs with highlights, comments, and drawings. It also supports document editing features like adding and deleting pages.
4. Integration: Okular is deeply integrated with the KDE Plasma desktop environment, offering seamless interactions with other KDE applications.
5. Customizability: Okular provides several customizable options, including different view modes and adjustable color schemes.
6. Plugins: Okular has support for additional plugins, expanding its functionality beyond just a document viewer.

Sumatra PDF:
1. Platform Support: Sumatra PDF is primarily designed for Windows and is focused on providing a lightweight and fast document viewing experience.
2. File Format Support: Sumatra PDF has a more limited file format support compared to Okular. It primarily focuses on PDF, ePub, MOBI, XPS, DjVu, CHM, and Comic Book (CBZ and CBR) formats.
3. Annotation and Editing: Sumatra PDF, as of my last knowledge update, did not support document editing or advanced annotation features. Its main focus is on simple viewing and reading.
4. Speed and Resource Usage: Sumatra PDF is known for its speed and minimal resource usage, making it a popular choice for users looking for a lightweight PDF reader.
5. User Interface: Sumatra PDF has a simple and straightforward user interface, which can be an advantage for users who prefer a minimalistic experience.
