Within this family, they also offer the remote support service GoToAssist. Today, Citrix has expanded its product lineup by introducing the online helpdesk system GoToAssist Service Desk. Instead of developing it from scratch, Citrix opted to integrate the impressive startup Beetil, which they acquired just last month. Beetil has always positioned itself as the world's most user-friendly ITIL service management tool. It provides a client portal for ticket submission and communication with support, a knowledge base, collaboration tools for support agents, and various ITIL features like change management, problem management, configuration management, and release management.
