2021. Lightspeed buys Ecwid for $500M

The Canadian point-of-sale software provider has acquired the e-commerce platform Ecwid for $500 million and NuOrder, a B2B ordering platform catering to wholesalers, brands, and retailers, for $425 million. 2020. Lightspeed acquires restaurant software company Upserve for $430M
