2017. Oracle buys construction management software Aconex for $1.6b
The renowned US technology company, Oracle, has made a significant acquisition by purchasing the construction software group Aconex for a total of $1.6 billion. This transaction marks Oracle's second venture into acquiring a cloud-based construction software provider.
